What a lovely find. Quirky interior, fabulous food-we ordered the vegetarian platter which was huge, plenty to share between two. Lovely to see the flowers being arranged as we sat, but best of all, and I think most importantly, was the lovely, friendly and caring welcome. Felt really at home and comfortable. I will definitely return soon.

Went there yesterday and was so happy we did what a beautiful hidden gem.

Took our mum here as one of her 75th Birthday celebrations and were blown away! The venue is so beautiful and unique; we loved it. We had the champagne afternoon tea and it was fab; so much food and unlimited tea and coffee. There is nothing I can say negatively about this place. �

Took my niece here for a 21st bday treat... such a beautiful place. The staff are just so pleasant & accommodating... we enjoyed an afternoon tea... everything was so fresh... will definitely go back ....this is also a florist ... the owner is so talented

This is the best place in Cardiff for the amazing decor, (Seb is so talented!) lovely music (especially when Lucash (co-owner with Seb) sings - glorious! Wonderful food, lovely drinks list, and the warmest welcome you could imagine. And full of candles, flowers, art - I can't rate this lovely place highly enough! Deserves 10 stars!

The best flowers that I have ever seen. The best looking coffee shop/bar/restaurant I've ever seen too. And the food and drinks are great. I can't recommend this place too highly.

Such a lovely shop with amazing settings, collect your flowers have a coffee, cake wine or beer.. Nice and tranquil with music playing even a singer and pianist too! Seb & Lukas go above and beyond to make the best flowers for me and anyone I’ve recommended!! 5 � + Rating.. Thank you always ���

My wife and I are so in love with this place. Lukasz and Seb are simply fantastic and wonderfully talented people. The flowers at our wedding party were just breath taking and the soiree after was just perfect. Aga is also super and is THE most talented natural make up artist too as well as the most lovely bar person. I can't recommend this place enough. X

I would find it hard to describe the place itself and do it justice , it is absolutely beautiful, charming, interesting fascinating, fabulous.

I will be endeavouring to take family and friends to experience it.

Must say what a refreshing change to go to a place where the owners take the time to greet you and converse throughout the duration of the experience. The food was outstanding- full of flavour, excellent portion sizes (we were all stuffed)! Everything about this place was just magical, from the menus to the art around the room (which is for purchase!!!!) to the decor- would urge everyone to visit this gem in the middle of the bay. Excellent experience! Thank you.

It was such an elegant venue, lovely hosts who were really friendly and welcoming. The studio is really beautiful with amazing decor and beautiful flowers and plants. For those who want to enjoy creativity and artistry it’s a must to visit, for those who are creative can search loads of inspiration here too. Lovely tea and food, check it out! Thank you! X

Beautiful eclectic olde world style jewel in the Bay. Fanrastic friendly service, lovely menu different from your usual tea room - their cream tea is exceptional . Lovely relaxed atmosphere surrounded by trees, aniques and art some for sale. Everywhere you look is just amazing. Didnt want to leave. Will definitely be back very soon.

Afternoon tea was delicious with the widest selection of cakes and sweet treats I've ever seen. If I could give 10 stars I would.

As it was my mothers birthday my sister bought her some sunflowers(fitting the theme) however she was told that we could not bring them in.

From then on the service was just utterly disgusting and its genuinely hilarious how this place is still going.

I have seen lovely reviews and am so upset that we didn't get the same experience. Even though I knew we would be having cakes as we went their for afternoon tea I still wanted to get my mother a cake as everyone likes a sing song of happy birthday on their birthday, we weren't planning on eating the cake anyway as like I said we knew we would be having some. When I asked if they could bring it out I received a snide comment back "oh we cant do that" however they did eventually agree after making my mother move seats because they thought it would set fire to their tree� when I asked for the box they stated they had binned it!!! how petty can you get... they knew we weren't going to eat it cause I said we wouldn't( anyway that shouldn't even matter)

The afternoon tea itself was very dull, I would normally take a picture and post is on my social medias however I was quite frankly too embarrassed too, the sandwiches came out slapped on top of each other (like a game of Jenga honestly) also all the sandwiches received were vegetarian with 2 bacon and mustard sandwiches, even though we ordered a separate vegetarian platter and informed them that their were only 2 vegetarians which they said "would you mind if they come on the same plate" which we didn't mind however receiving a full game of jenga with ALL vegetarian sandwiches was not what we agreed too..however we got on with it as we couldn't be bothered with more snide comments back. The cakes were ok, a couple were quite stale. They didn't once come round offering more drinks. £21.50 as well as them adding an £11 service charge which should state (optional) however this one didn't, whenever we go out as a family we always leave a good tip each as we have all worked in customer service and appreciated it when we did, however obviously only when we don't get treated like a piece of dirt. wayyyy to much for this. I have been to many places around Cardiff for afternoon tea and paid much less when to be honest I would happily pay that price for those other companies.

My sister added a similar review on with regards to the experience we had and the response back made my blood boil!! I have never heard of any company to be so belittling and pathetic. The replied very sarcastically "please remember you bought SUPERMARKET FLOWERS and a TESCO CAKE" considering all their cakes were shop bought I think this comment was out of order and absolutely appalling. On the same review my sister said "The English Gentlemen Rhys was lovely (which he was)and they replied saying he's Welsh not English! Which by the way they have now it deleted off their page��

Its just genuinely hilarious how pathetic these so called "business owners" are they should take reviews and comments and work on their mistakes as any businesses do but these guys do not and for that I will 1000000% recommend anyone to not waste their time is this place we're customer service is slacking majorly.
