Sup Gower Description
On the Gower, we’re blessed with a large variety of waves, some of the quieter, more ‘special’ ones though are a mission to walk or paddle to. With stand ups being so easy to paddle they are perfect tools to get out to these more remote line ups, pick off some awesome waves and explore the coastline.
The Gower was the United Kingdoms first area of Outstanding natural beauty so there is no better place to come visit with your paddle board,
rivers, estuaries, streams, points, reefs and beaches at your disposal.
We are passionate about SUP and offer lessons , Tours, Private 1-2-1 coaching and equipment sales, including boards, paddles & accessories via www. standuppaddleboarding. co. uk or check our basic store on our home page.

We had a Great lil wave session at Oxwich yesterday eve. Thanks to all who attended ! A few pre wave pics
SUP CLUB - 6pm Oxwich Bay - HT 21.06 - lets fill our boots with some micro waves at Oxwich Pill . Fancy progressing your wave skills and awareness, ill be offering some wave knowledge and progression tips by Donation. Please let us know if you need a board by 4pm Wednesday (£10 hire charge for Clubbies ) £20 for any others
Our second night paddle is coming up this coming week ( Thursday at 8pm ) and fingers crossed it looks calm again ! We have a few boards remaining so if you fancy it , book on . It’s not open to complete beginners for obvious reasons as it will be dark.
The wind is back which can be a challenge for paddlers Mumbles foreshore can offer protected waters from winds from the West through to south west direction. If you launch at the mumbles ski boat slipway, you can still have glassy water conditions - here is a group having a lesson when the wind was blowing yesterday.

SUP CLUB - Wednesday 5th at 6pm . Let’s meet at Caswell bay for a sunset paddle to Pwlldu. Board hire available £10 for club members , £20 for any others wanting to come. Pls indicate if you need a board so we have the right amount . Thanks

We had a lesson today with Dan @ the north dock Llanelli. The three of us had a wonderful time, plenty of giggles, wobbles & no falling in �
Dan was great with James who is 8 he took the time to make sure we all understood what to do & plenty of tips thank you. I reckon we'll be back for more x

Had a top SUP lesson with 'Dan the man' in Llanelli North Dock, awesome hour with some top advice, tips and chat, would highly recommend, thanks again �
Had a lesson this morning down North Dock. The instructor (sorry didn't catch his name as was concentrating too much �) was fabulous! Can't wait to have another go!
Had a great lesson this evening down in Mumbles with Matt. Would highly recommend.
Had a fab time learning to SUP board today! Really easy to do and very relaxing once you get the hang of it. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone!
Great two hours at Langland today with Sarah as our instructor. Learnt lots, thoroughly enjoyed it and even had a seal for company!

Brilliant lesson with Sarah today at Langland. Kit was right for us (short women) and it was really useful to be taught by someone similar too! Positive teaching, both enjoyed despite rather different standards.
