Vauxhall Corsa with Calibra turbo engine fitted. Lots of little problems with this one. Front bumper wouldn't fit properly as intercooler was too big and turbo was digging into the radiator. Using the original brackets and some new ones the front number now fits on with ease. New strut brace made as old one is too low and fouls the engine.
