Not bad bowling alleys but the quasar is great. Very friendly staff.

Always book in advance as it's very busy. But a nice place.

Absolutely disgusting experience. The alley broke down on many occasions and couldn't get anyone to help. When we had finally had enough and wanted my money back I was told. Sorry we don't give refunds ( company policy ) but you can have an email address so you can make a complaint, email was fake !!
So if anyone from the company reads this can you plz message me back plz.

Had lots of fun. A bit on the expensive side but still pretty fub

Can get extremely busy, so some people have to sit on the floors due to lack of seating. These people are then told, quite rudely, to get off the floor and stand up or get out. This is frankly ridiculous considering the venue is usually pre-booked for these events. The ticket machine broke, and nobody came to fix it after the third time it broke so me and my friends ended up leaving without using the machine and coming back months later to find it had now been fixed. Still worked okay then.

Staff are just generally rude and unhelpful.

Arcade is great, though. Fun games, enjoyable to play as well as to watch. Laser tag is also very good.

Absolutely stank of raw sewage where the balls came out by the lanes. The young male staff member was friendly and helpful but the place needs a boost of something looks tired and literally smelly

Had great fun re living my childhood playing Laser Quest with my wife and her little brother and sister. The staff were friendly, but there was a terrible odour about the place! Not sure what was causing it, but it was a little off putting and I wouldn't want to spend a long time in there!

Downstairs in the plaza, this large space houses a full bowling alley, small arcade/gaming area, and old fashioned laser quest. Went on a team building day and had so much fun!
