Offering a confidential and professional service by providing reflexology to help release stress which helps to heal the body and regenerate itself.

I'm Susan Donnan and I'm a fully qualified Level 5 Practitioner in Reflexology. I am a a full member of the Professional Reflexology Membership Organisation where all Professional Reflexology members are recognised as the foremost Reflexologists in the UK.

It is my aim to offer a confidential, professional and friendly service by providing reflexology on the feet or hands by working with people to focus on the different zones of their bodies and help release stress which subsequently helps to heal the body and regenerate itself.

I trained at the Gaia School of Natural Health and have gained the following qualifications:

• Level 5 Practitioner Training in Reflexology: Centralia Reflexology Mastership studying to provide reflexology for the following areas:
- Reflexology in reproductive health and maternity care
- Palliative care
- Hand reflexology
- Anatomy, physiology and pathology for reflexology
- Stress relief

I will offer one hour bespoke treatment sessions, 50 minutes of this being dedicated to the reflexology treatment itself, in a quiet, comfortable, relaxing room within my home (can travel if necessary).
