Truly first class service from this florist; they really went above and beyond to accommodate a late request and even asssited with an additional request that was outside the normal florist services. Cannot reccomend this place highly enough, and will definitely use them again. The bouquet, wine and chocs were gorgeous and beautifully presented! All within such a short time too! Ordered flowers over the telephone for a get well soon present. Was a bit apprehensive as didn't get to see the bouquet myself, but told the lady which colours I wanted. My friend received her flowers this morning (next day delivery) and they look beautiful! Very reasonable for the range of flowers and size of the bouquet. Ordered flowers for my employers retirement and when I arrive to collect I received a warm greeting and polite service. When I was handed the Bouquet of flowers I was amazed by how beautiful they were. Would definitely use again. Highly recommend to friends and family!

Never had any bad service, and flowers always fresh when asked for a delivery always on time... not like one florist I won't name who thought it ok to deliver flowers late afternoon on a special day valentines day when I phone and complained she told me it's all day.. the bad thing was my son and I paid a month B4.. so Suzanne keep up the good work.x
