Staff not very friendly, food really cold. Will not be eating there again

They usually have the plants I'm after and everything is healthy. The people working there are well trained as they know where everything is and are able and happy to impart advice. Loyalty card good. Apart from garden things there is plenty of other stuff of a good quality to browse. Can be little pricy but, as said, things are good quality. Christmas starts very early here and will no doubt look like a winter wonderland pretty soon! Again, good quality

Nice store ---everything a gardener might need under one roof. Cafe could do with a shake up---no tom sauce to go with fish and chips . Run out the day before! Staff pleasant but to busy talking with. Each other to be honest Poor show!

Huge range. Well presented. Nice sandwiches but a little overpriced. Enjoy going there. Would recommend to pass a pleasant hour. Gets better at Xmas.

The store ok, lacking in the garden power tools section. For plants, it's a good place to go. Can be expensive at times

Got pretty much overusing you would need for your garden, nice cafe too.

No experience, couldn't phone an 0844 number on mobile to ask about stock so didn't visit.

Fab place to visit. Used to be one of these in St Mellons, but i think it closed. Really good bargains to be had here in a sale, but if the sale isn't on, a lot of the things they sell are really expensive. Odd that things on sale for £3.49 can end up on sale at 10p Why don't these places just put things at a more reasonable price in the first place? We purchased loads of "personalised" chocolate bars that went from £4 each to 25p. Silly prices. Good stocks of every plant going, and mostly in good condition. Plants are actually decent prices. Shame the gifts are mostly expensive.
