About Swansea Gymnastics Centre
We are a Not for Profit Gymnastics Centre providing classes for all abilities along with open play, baby classes & parent & toddler sessions and parties!
Swansea Gymnastics Centre Description
Swansea Gymnastic Centre was founded in 1977. The club is now based in Fforestfach Swansea. The club moved from their old home in the Townhill part of the city in 1999 to a larger unit and moved again in 2015 to their current facility in Bruce Road, Celtic Trade Park, Swansea.
The club currently offers in excess of 32 classes per week that caters for all ages and abilities.
The club currently has around 1000 members attending from 1-5 sessions per week.
The club continues to achieve at the highest level. These achievements are due to the excellent structure that exists from grass roots to high performance gymnastics. The club has traditionally over the years produced gymnasts who have reached Commonwealth, Olympic, National and International levels.
We believe the sport of gymnastics is a fundamental part of any child’s development which include
• Core stability
• Coordination
• Strength & Flexibility
• Social inclusion and many more
The club also offers the opportunity for schools and external bodies to use the facility during their curriculum

Each term is approximately 12 weeks long at a cost of £80. 00, plus £17. 00 Membership to British Gymnastics which is renewable on 1st Oct annually.

Come along and join in our Open Play specifically for Under 5’s . You and your little ones can enjoy the gym for 2.5 hours and have uninterrupted play using all of the gym equipment including bars, beams, trampoline, soft play and much more! £6 per child - No booking required.

My daughter attends classes here and absolutely loves it. The staff are all fantastic and friendly with all the kids.
We especially loved the easter disco held tonight. The kids had an absolute ball dancing with the staff!
My daughter attends a gymnastics class at the centre. She absolutely loves. It’s the only session of the week that she is constantly asking ‘how many days until...’
The staff are friendly and accommodating with a fantastic welcome for adults and children alike. The coaches are fabulous. I feel 100% confident that my child is in good hands.
My second daughter is starting the toddler class after Easter and I can’t wait!

I started my boys in the tumblie's sessions 7yrs ago.. My daughter phoebe starting coming to general classes that same year in the September and made the squad by November. We had 7yrs of brilliance and now she coach's her own little squad. Thank you Rachel and swansea gymnastics..
I can't thank you enough for giving my little girl the most fantastic 1st birthday party! We all had a ball (babies and adults!!). Such friendly and amazing staff in a fab, unique venue!!
Great venue and lots to do for little ones to keep them occupied, will definitely be coming again ÔøΩ
Great place my parents take my children every school holiday on a Thursday and the staff are excellent always willing to help the children on the apparatus.
Great Gymnatics centre for all ages. I take my 16 month old here. To the parent and Toddler session. Fun activities great knowledgable, enthusiast, fun and happy staff.
Fantastic session for 0-5 lots of fun and different activity sessions every week and the staff are amazing at getting the little ones to engage in the activities and very friendly too! Highly recommend it
Fantastic facility with amazing coaches. My children have improved incredible amounts since coming here!

Fantastic Centre and coaches. My son started doing the PAYG sessions when he was 3 and then moved to the recreational class once he was 4. He’s almost 6 now and has never once said to me that he doesn’t want to go and his progress since starting has been amazing. Highly recommend.
Fab time at the play and pay sessions great for all ages
Children love coming and all coaches and staff are great!
Came today for the first time with my two age 4&5 for the Saturday morning class. They both absolutely loved it and the coaches were SO good with them! Really impressed and will definitely be back again next week! Thank you!
Been to the Free Play session on Monday and Thursday during the holidays and both kids, aged 8 and 4, have had a blast! Really enjoyed the set up and there was so much for both ages to do... Would definitely recommend :-)
