I am a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR) and a fully qualified clinical Hypnotherapist, Auricular Acupuncturist, Mindfulness and Indian head practitioner. I also hold a certificate qualification in counselling skills through Swansea University.

I am experienced in tackling depression, anxiety and low self esteem. I specialise in smoking cessation, weight loss, substance misuse and relaxation.

I have a military background in the armed forces and can help with post traumatic stress disorder.

I am a Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, the Federation of Holistic Therapists and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

I hold a Post-Graduate Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (Integrative) level 7 from Newport University and am qualified to deliver Auricular Acupuncture, Hopi Ear Candling, Reiki, Indian Head Massage and Clinical Hypnotherapy.

I have worked within the substance misuse field for many years and was an Honorary Counsellor with the NHS dealing with mental health issues. I have utilised Mindfulness with clients in both the substance misuse and mental health fields.
