Big clean hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable.

This hotel is right on the beach and next to a large marina. I've eaten here a few times now and the food has always been delicious and the service friendly.

Restaurants and town are nearby in walking distance.

There is a patio area adjacent to the hotel where you can look out to sea in a fenced area with seating.

Good comfortable stay. Interested and courteous staff at all levels. Didn't eat in the hotel though the food looked very good. On site parking and central for the city centre.

Reasonably priced room with comfortable beds and a bar that stayed open late enough and had a cask ale on draft. Only downside was the AC didn't really cool the room down as much as I'd hoped. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

Stayed here as a couple celebrating our anniversary.
The hotel is not the most modern, but is spotlessly clean with good food, lovely rooms and staff that excell. They were polite, helpful and genuinely friendly. They also appeared to have a good team spirit, and always had a smile for their colleagues and guests alike.
Won't hesitate to return.

Lovely cup of tea with my family. The bar was quite quiet when we went. Staff pleasant and polite. Shame there were no gluten free cakes or biscuits for my dad.

We came here today for afternoon tea. The staff were friendly and helpful and the portions very generous. They even gave us a doggy bag! I would highly recommend it and we're looking forward to going again.

It's a well presented establishment with great staff that are always willing to help if needed.the food is well presented and the tastes of some special are out of this world. The rooms have always been in pristine condition and the location is just seconds away from the beach and minutes away from town center putting it in one of the best locations in Swansea... I'm sure it's a hotel that deserves 5 stars.

Nice hotel in a great location. Just a few metres to the beach and a lovely marina a few metres further and a short walk to the city centre, museums and leisure centre. Room was big enough for the four of us and clean and tidy. Breakfast was great with lots of choice and freshly prepared. We chose a family movie package which also included a free movie from the choice available (about 20+ films although not all suitable for children) popcorn and soft drinks/wine all delivered to the room. Another nice touch was cookies and milk at bedtime for the kids again delivered to the room at no cost. Fab little hotel and our second visit despite shopping around this one has it all and is hard to beat.
