Swansea Pandas Foundation Description
We are a mental health peer support group for women experiencing perinatal mental health difficulties (during pregnancy or postnatally). We meet every Friday during term-times 9. 30 - 11. 30 at Swansea Children's Centre.
We hope to provide a supportive, safe and non-judgmental space to help women experiencing any difficulties throughout the period and to help normalise the conversation of mental health.
