Sophie is a qualified ASA Level 2 and STA Parent and Baby teacher, she has over 8 years of teaching experience with local authorities and private swim schools. She started her swimming career in cheshire and has recently moved to North Wales. Sophie has been swimming since she was a toddler and has been a club swimmer since she was 7 years old. Sophie has also been a county swimmer for a number of years. Sophie regularly competes in open water swimming events, triathlons and is new to monofin swimming holding British age group records.

Sophie has got experience teaching a range of different clients, which have all been successful in their own way. Sophie has experience teaching a range of swimmers including children with learning difficulties, triathletes, very nervous beginner swimmers, and babies, with this experience Sophie is happy to tailor any lessons to ensure everybody continues to learn. So if it is going to be your first time going in a pool, with a new addition to the family, or you're looking to bring that triathlon swim time down, Sophie will find ways to work towards these goals.

Sophie is fully insured with ASA, STA and British Triathlon. She is also a qualified Pool lifeguard with an 8 hour first aid certificate. Sophie holds a current DBS check.
