Tom helped us from start to finish in a exceptionally professional way, we brought two vans, and he was there at every stage to help, advise and discuss any concerns. We had a conversion done on one and the quality is second to none. Everyone involved has done a great job, externally fantastic, comes into its own on the interior, now work and play are doable. Always hard to trust a new company, but we took the plunge and it’s paid off, hats off to Swiss Vans.

Slight problems with parts availability delayed the delivery of the van, but Gregor went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

Extremely happy with my new ford transit custom with the custom hornet kit. Massive curb appeal and a really solid van (my second one). Dealing with Cole from Swiss Vans was an absolute pleasure. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble, the communication was outstanding and the whole experience was slick and easy. Will definitely be recommending and using again! Thank you Swiss Vans!!

The vans are good.. but the customer service is non existent with Swiss vans.
A week late.
Wrong wheels.
No roof bars.
No sat nav.
And my driving licence has not been returned.
I'm still waiting for them to resolve 2 of the above issues.
They did not check the van before sending it to me...and even asked me to collect it in a car park 45 minutes away...
You need to make 100% sure you get proof of the extras you requested as it will never be resolved after delivery..
THEY HAD 4 MONTHS TO SORT IT AND NOTHING.
NO AFTER CARE SERVICE.
AND NOTHING BUT EXCUSES.
They made the whole experience stressful..
AVOID THE STREES GET YOUR OWN VAN AND ADD YOUR OWN EXTRAS .

One of the worst experiences I have ever had, will not be returning and would advise others to stay well away.!!

bought a T32 Transporter from yourselves and its the best thing i have ever done very happy with the quality and the sales person that sold it to me. the delivery service and customer service was excellent

I have bought 3 vans from Simon Lewis at Swiss Vans now. I can honestly say I am not the easiest customer to deal with as I've changed my mind on a few things more than a few times. Throughout this Simon and Swiss Vans have been absolutely brilliant. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a new or used van who wants a better deal and service that the dealerships can offer.

I rung this company 22nd march wanting to get a T6 kombi van in as little time as possible, fair play to the lads at the office they got the van delivered to me last week ,great experience and I will be using again.
