Synergy Achievements was incorporated in June 2015 to provide developmental training to all individuals regardless of background and circumstance. The Directors; Sadie Tomlins and Sarah Miller have experience within the training industry and wish to continue to provide opportunities to enable learners to gain confidence in numerous areas either by providing them with new skills or updating prior knowledge.

Sarah has worked in the Health and Social Care Sector for over 25 years and has achieved a BSC in Advanced Care Practices from the University of South Wales. Sadie is also educated to degree level. Both Directors have worked as qualified assessors and internal quality assurance officers providing high quality training to a variety of sectors and wish to progress vocational education /training to industry.
