Mums to be! Did you know that reflexology during pregnancy offers so much more than a relaxing treatment. It can help with hormone imbalance, improved sleep pattern, backache, SPD, carple tunnel, nausea, fatigue, the list is endless. Regular reflexology sessions during pregnancy may also prevent problems arising. During my experiences as a reflexologist, I have noticed mums who recieved maternity reflexology have had a reduced labour time and their babies seemed to more contented.
