We have a Nutritionist on hand, Offering personalised programmes to suit you and your needs (Prices vary).
We have an excellent balance of classes available 6 days a week, Become part of the friendly but focused group. As well as our open gym sessions (a workout for that day will be avaialble to do at your own leisure) or just do your own thing.
When becoming a member we offer a body composition service in which we take your measurements and your body fat% this can then be done at a later date to monitor your progress. Any queries please don't hesitate to get in touch! ! !

Do any of these sound familiar 🤔 • ⠀⠀⠀ ✖ Your sleep quality is poor or you’re too stressed 😴⠀... ✖ Your diet is highly refined, processed or you are lacking in certain macronutrients 🥦⠀ ✖You’re eating too much - this means calories not quantity, I recommend eating MORE not LESS in terms of volume 🍉🍓 ✖ You’re not eating enough, doing metabolic damage or binging several times a week because you’re starving yourself 🤐 ✖ Your not maximising your training? Many seek body fat reduction by researching the quick fix diet, but one thing thats often overlooked, which could provide an opportunity to progress - NEAT. • One’s total daily energy expenditure consists of their basal metabolic rate (energy burned by existing), thermic effect of feeding (energy burned during metabolization of food), exercise activity thermogenesis (energy burned during exercise) and NEAT. • NEAT Is the abbreviated term for non-exercise activity thermogenesi...s. This refers to the energy you exert during menial tasks such as walking, cleaning, dancing in the shower.. you get the picture.. • When you increase your NEAT your energy expenditure becomes higher therefore, that creates a greater energy deficit, resulting in greater reduction of body fat. • To up daily energy expenditure we simply need to move more with regularity. Have a realistic calorie target that will make the likelihood of significant NEAT output achievable. It’s simplicity may just be the catalyst in your success.
