Great customer service from the both Matthews, friendly and professional, couldn't have gone better. Didn't feel rushed and the whole process of buying my first BMW has been amazing. I would highly recommend Sytner Cardiff. They replaced my windscreen under warranty as I had a HUD problems. Sorted out a hire car while my car was being fixed. Excellent communication and follow up (Thanks to Sophie Gibson). Very happy with the service I received.

I would not recommend Sytner Cardiff since I have had a very unfortunate experience with them. They sent me a letter in July asking me to bring my BMW320i in for a free upgrade of the ignition system, due apparently to a faulty coil pack design. BMW were replacing all the faulty coil packs (I had replaced them 2 years ago anyway at my own expense but this was a free upgrade.) The car was fine for 100 miles or so. Then it had an intermittent engine fault which appeared on the vehicle warning system. Eventually the engine management light came on full time. I did not know the cause - especially since the coil packs had been renewed. I took the car to my own garage to do an investigation (Sytner charge a fortune and it looked like an expensive problem). The diagnostic said that cylinder 4 was not firing. My mechanic took all the engine covers off investigated cylinder4 and found that THE COIL PACK HAD NOT BEEN CLIPPED INTO PLACE!!. It took him a minute to do this. he replaced the engine covers and the car has been working very well ever since.
I asked Sytner to pay my repair costs £145, but they refused. All they offered was to investigate the problem. However there is no problem to investigate since my mechanic fixed it so they are offering nothing, but simply to waste my time.
My advice is to find another garage to maintain your BMW properly. Ninian Park motors in Ely are excellent.

I've only had to get my car serviced here but cannot complain about the service I've received. Nice friendly staff who've been happy to accommodate & interact with my young children. I've experienced pretentious people in such dealerships in the past but so far so good here.

Bought a new car from sytner. 6 months ago. Something wrong with the paint work. Took it back for them to sort the problem out. got told it looks brand new again. Picked it up. Under close inspection .They only polished half the car. Lazy sods. Can't wait for lease to be up.

Booked my daughter's car in for a service. Book in was professional price agreed. Warranty work was booked in on headlamps and some flexibility was shown on getting it sorted out over the bank holiday weekend. However i left my daughter to collect the car. Her designated service rep Rob
fried to charge an additional 130. Then argued about warranty being applicable. Where and when did she buy the car. To which she replied from him in November (we bought it from sytner cardiff 5 months before) The warranty work is still not done and has was not agreed until after she had to return to uni they hadn't seen that defect before. To add insult to injury on the way in my daughter's friend who dropped her off was blocked in by the service staff. I will not buy another vehicle from sytner. They also sponsor my blue light card so this must be the real premium service. I will be complaining.

Visted the parts section, staff were pleasant once they realised we were there (we rang the bell. Considering this place is suppose to be representing BMW as a brand, the place resembles the reception of and MOT garage. While the sales end is much more like you'd expect, consistency is appreciated for after sales services

Always have my bmws serviced here. Where else would I go? Great service and attention to detail.
