Excellent service, professional, efficient, polite and made me feel like a valued customer

Ive been using this branch for the past 5yrs for cars and servicing and find all the staff very helpful and friendly. Cant fault them

Great customer service initially when suits, aftercare and follow up none existent

2 visits in 6 weeks for simple fix cost me over £4500..please read as it may save you ££££££s
you dont have to be rich to buy a bmw .but to service it with these muppets you have to be very wealthy ...took my car in just for quick fix .paid alot for it..picked it up week later took it back in .same problem they wanted another £1200 so i did...6 weeks later took my car in again same problem .cost me another £2000+ .day i picked it up girl brought it out for me said there was another problem with lights "exact words take a seat see if we can sort it !!!!ok then""""" 15 mins later they came back in with a bill for £500 ..i had none of these problems going in but had so many more when i left..so i said f~~ck off ...£4600 total for something that started with just changing pads on my brakes ..i truly believe they damaged something and of course i cant prove it but i know ...i just wanted to get the hell out of that place ..
do the maths ok ..new brake pads all round and fitted on my car with sytner bmw over £1000 ...buy these in R.J. FACTORS £112 for full set local garage i asked after £100 or close to there .lets say £250 purchasing and fitted ...save £750 ...is it worth it just paying for that stuipid name ...NO ..i took it to R.J.factors and they has these parts in stock and there were no difference at all between them NOTHING just 3 worthless stupid letters ...i think il buy a ferrari or a lambo i know itl be cheaper to service

Mislaid the keys to my car (had taken them to value the car) so I was there for ages while the car salesman, the sales manager and the finance manager kept coming at me , one after the other, one after the other so eventually I bought the car.
The car also needed new air bags every month,thankfully still under bmw warranty otherwise nr enough a grand a month - so I lost the car one day for them to check the SRS light and ordering the parts and another day to fix with never a service car - car also failed to start regularly BUT as there were no error codes in the cars computer refused to repair the car using the excuse that BMW HQ wouldn't pay them and that a non-starting car in front of one was hearsay without an error code - complete baloney and I should have taken them to court

AVOID - go to the BMW dealer in Swansea instead - still a family firm (not a huge chain) and THEY care, you might like to check yell reviews
