Excellent service and staff. After sales team were fantastic (as were the reception staff so not sure what that last guy was talking about) highly recommended.

Worst female staff I have ever met. They are rude, arrant snobs. I worked here & the manager needs to seriously sack that middle-aged blonde women always greeting people at the front desk. She is extremely rude & has the worst attitude of any member of staff in such a place. Male staff however couldn't be better. Something needs to be done about the attitude and lack of skills and poor customer service from door women. I have told told everyone I know & you have lost a lot of business due to this as no-one will come there after what I told them.

(My experience) I had a overly confident cocky man who was not very helpful when it came to trading my car in.

(Fathers experience) Father went to get a business car through his work. They failed to answer emails/return calls after weeks. In the end the company bought it through Dick Lovett Bristol who might I say were exceptional. What customer service should be.

(Mums experience) Mother tried to book a test drive and the guy was a adamant she had to look at figures and make a deal before the test drive. 6 + times she explained we wanted a test drive first then would decided on figures. The guy with 13 years experience was difficult and a pain.

She had constant reminders of his 13 years experience and how he keeps all his customers happy. Not this time mate.

Delighted with my new car, service was fantastic from the dealership, particularly Lewis. Very accommodating, helpful and a few extra personal touches that really show you they are adding value. I would strongly recommend.
