We wanted to purchase an approved used 3 Series Touring or GT and twice visited the Swansea Sytner showroom, left our contact details and requirements with a member of the sales staff who promised to contact us if a car came on sale that met our brief.

Although I have seen cars advertised at their site that we would have been interested in we’ve had no follow up whatsoever.

We visited Dick Lovett BMW in Swindon while we were on holiday in the Cotswolds and left our contact details and in the following ten days we were telephoned twice to see if we were still looking for a car and informed of cars that were due in shortly.

We have just travelled to Swindon and purchased a BMW 320D MSport GT Auto and were very impressed with the professionalism and attentive sales team we dealt with.

Very disappointed with Sytner BMW who are not far away from our home but don’t seem to want to sell cars.

AVOID!! Very poor customer service, several times called to sort an issue and spoke to several people in the used vehicle department all promising different thing and none even calling back. still unresolved.

Shockingly poor customer services, having to constantly chase them for a response and told that someone will contact me back but nobody ever does.

A very poor service level and just a general blase attitude to customers.

I had put down a deposit and had already arranged finance on the vehicle but have now cancelled due to the awful experience I've had with them and instead will go to a dealer that does make an active effort to engage and keep happy their customers.

A dreadful experience.

After numerous issues with the service department and not being able to get matters resolved I asked to speak with the manager. During my conversation I explained I was very unhappy with the way the repair had been carried out, not only was the same issue still there, I had to pay a large bill. So, I ended up with a bill for parts that had been fitted only to find the original issue remained.

During my conversation with the manager I was told "Sir If your not happy, you do realise you dont have to bring your car to us" That was the icing on the cake for me. It seems that the high level managers attitude has filtered down the chain to most of the staff. It's a pitiful resolve for me, to find that they had an unhappy customer with valid points only to find the manger had a far worse approach than the staff in the service department.
I have dealt with trainers a very long time, way back when they were in Tycoch, a very small dealership in those days that were caring, my things have changed, gone are the old ways... Manners and friendliness. You are now focussed on financial gains. Thats a poor choice. If you focus on customer service then financial gain would be an easy by product. You have it all wrong Mr Trainer.

I highly recommend you think twice when dealing with them, you could possibly be in for a very, very bumpy ride.

Just collected our 118d m sport. From our first visit to collecting the car was seamless. Gethin Morris and Adam Horton were professional and polite and dealt with our requirements with ease.
