Quirky place, sawdust on the floor and the landlord believes anything you tell him. He said to me, 'you look familiar!' I answered 'yes I've been on Crime Watch, but I look taller on TV'. Everyone in the bar laughing. Great crack.

Hugely disappointing. Quaint old pub, awful, awful food. Service pretty ropey too. Will not go there again

Just a wonderful wonderful pub and wholesome home cooking style restaurant. Very Welsh and welcoming. Absolutely no hint of tackiness. Simply brilliant in almost all respects, although the veggie / fish options on the menu are a bit limited.

Nice oldy worldy tavern at the foot of the presceli mountains, nice food but minimum spend £10 on card transactions a rip off
