Split squat with a goblet hold until you run out of weights. Then you can hold weights in either hand. Your back will thank you for it and people will think you’re a badass.

Always worth a repost. If your programme is devoid of PROPER strength training - you’re missing out on the some very low hanging fruit.
Step 1) Learn to move and become savagely good at the basics (hinge, squat, single leg, push, pull).
Step 2) Load it up so heavy that you can’t do more than 3-6 reps. Repeat for a few sets.
... Cut the Mickey Mouse bullshit and start training with intention. That ought to readdress this plateau you’re in.

Treat causes, not symptoms

‘Releasing’ of muscle tissue or fascia is not only nonsensical, but if it actually worked it still wouldn’t be worthwhile because your brain will restrict those muscles again just like it did the first time round. Address the real issue that’s threatening your nervous system and you might see a more long term change.

Push/pull strength superset.
Heavy single arm landmine press with weight pull ups. 2 of the most useful and transferable exercises in my optimism.
A classic 5x5 set up is enough to lose the ability to raise your arms above your head for a day or two. Not that that’s important, but some people quantify a good session by how maimed they are post hoc.

Is it a coincidence that my meals always looks like dog food? Or am I just bad at taking pictures? Probably both...
This has a huge amount of protein coming from various different sources (beans, veg, rice, mycoprotein). This is the trick to getting enough protein as a vegan/vegetarian and building muscle. Get it from every source you can stand. Twice.

Shoulder complex: a cute bodybuilding finisher.
Killing the momentum and focusing on the QUALITY of contraction is always a good idea. Using smaller and easily fatiguable muscles, like the separate heads of the deltoids, is a nice way to practice this with and makes you swole in generally more difficult to hit places.
1 rep = stop half way to the top, get to the top, stop half way on the way down, then go up again. Repeat until you can’t hold it anymore.
... *Be prepared to seriously reduce the weight. Requires non-inflated ego.

Urgent needs vs desires.
Tough decision tonight. Couldn’t face training AND cooking. So I chose what I needed the most, which was a big fat curry in my belly.
Shifting priorities is ok, as long as you understand and have recognised what they are.
... Ideally I’d do both, but I know my meal choices would have suffered, which my body can’t afford at the minute.
