TCC is an award-winning alliance of diverse groups in North East Wales. We act on issues affecting the local community, supporting local people to run effective campaigns and meet directly with decision makers. We're the oldest community organising charity in the UK. Mae TCC yn gynghrair o grwpiau amrywiol yng ngogledd-ddwyrain Cymru ac mae'r gynghrair wedi ennill gwobrau am ei gwaith. Rydym ni'n gweithio ar faterion sy'n cael effaith ar gymunedau trwy gefnogi pobl leol i gynnal ymgyrchoedd effeithiol a chyfarfod yn uniongyrchol gyda phobl sy'n gwneud penderfyniadau.
