We are continuing to monitor the situation and for now and we will be OPEN for Training tonight
We must stress though, same guidelines as for school, if you or your children have a temperature ,cough or feel unwell ... DO NOT COME TO THE GYM . YOU WILL ALSO BE EXPECTED TO WASH YOUR HANDS ON ENTERING AND LEAVING THE GYM FOR THE ONES WHO HAVE TAKEN THE DECISION TO STAY AT HOME WE HOPE TO SEE YOU ALL AGAIN IN THE NEAR FUTURE WE MUST ALSO STRESS FOR THE ONES WHO CONTINUE TO COME YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK

Classes are OPEN as normal we would only close our classes if the local Authority shuts schools then we would follow in suit.
... Everyone is welcome to come into train BUT we ask there is NO kit sharing , and there IS and Always has been anti-bacterial hand wash in the soap dispensers and on the side at the sink ,
we will ask that you and your children wash your hands before and after training ,which because i do, i would think everyone else does as standard anyway ,
CIMAC Superleague is CANCELLED this Sunday , so if there is enough interest we will put a fight training seminar on at the gym to be discussed tonight,

Cimac Superleague Like everyone across the World probably has, we have been closely monitoring updates on the spread of COVID-19 Coronavirus. The global impact of this situation, and the increased cases across the UK, means that after discussions with all parties, we have taken the decision to postpone this Sundays Cimac Superleague. This decision wasn't taken lightly. The Cimac Superleague is committed to delivering high quality events for both compet...itors and spectators. Saying that, our priority must always be on the duty of care for everyone attending and it is with that in mind that we feel cancelling Sundays tournament is our only course of action. Whilst this has not been an easy decision, we feel it is the right one in the current environment. Thank you for your understanding and support and we look forward to seeing you at the next event in April.
