Literally not the best place in the world. Not family-friendly. Not disabled-friendly. Got rowdy crowd. Locale is not ideal where it's situated in.
Despite having a "family entertainment centre", you get drunkards doing drunkard things.

Toilets poorly maintained. One of the taps are found to be not working.

Doesn't have the best arcade games. Most are slightly out of date, some are not well maintained.

In comparison to Hollywood Bowl in Cardiff Bay, it's no competition. Actually, it's no competition to anyone.

This is a poorly maintained place. Not a place where you want your partner or your kids to have a good time.

Pool tables are not cheap and showing their age, takes a long time to get served at the bar

Rude member of staff , blonde boy too busy flirting with girl behind bar to help when we were stuck out the back, had to go and look for him

Took the kids this weekend, our lane was available straight away and we all thoroughly enjoyed it, sure we will be returning many times over the school holidays

Good atmosphere, although there were a few technical difficulties that meant waiting in between bowls. Great for groups as you can do bowling🎳, pool and then go for food at one of the many restaurants close by afterwards. Makes a good day out.

Run down from. Its glory days.. but ok for a few hours fun

The new decor looks good and the staff were helpful when we had problems. Unfortunately, you need to book online to get the best deals after 6pm so remember to do that in advance.

The internal deco looks lovely, but maybe they should have worked a bit on the actual bowling machines. During one game we called the staff over to us at least once every round, up to 5 times on some rounds. Our game took us almost one and a half hours to complete (5 players). We were moved from first lane as the one barrier was broken and then could only have the barriers up for all of the players or none of them as they kept sticking. As compensation they gave us a jug of squash and offered us to play either table tennis or pool. We chose to stay and play table tennis and order food instead of going to McDonalds. They then told us we could only have 2 bats for the table tennis, so not even enough for the youngsters in our party to have one each to play! After having excited children going to the bowling we ended up having a very disappointing evening and will not be returning to this establishment again

I have a diabetic daughter and was very disappointed to hear that I had to go out to the foyer to buy a diet drink from the vending machine because they didn't sell any diet drinks in the bar. Alot of drinks were unavailable from the vending machine also. Weren't interested in my complaining. So much for wanting to cater for 's needs. Next time I'll take my kids to Hollywood Bowl instead. At least my daughter can have a drink there knowing it won't affect her blood sugars.
