If you decide to shop here always check your receipt upon leaving. Tesco are famous for their pricing strategy but this store is renowned for price labelling errors. I have experienced many visits where the goods I have paid for don't match the price labelled at the shelfs. This is almost endemic at this store.

Tables nicely placed for a little privacy to chat over a cuppa. Refreshing brew after a trip around the store.

I don't like shop layout it's a bit all over the place. Far to much space given to fresh ,and not enough selection on dry grocery (your basics) . I also had to get a pound coin for trolley that's a very old fashioned idea.

I do most of my shopping at this store. Many half price and other promotions regularly in store. Ample parking and excellent customer service.

Very nice after its refit, the bakery and butchers is a vast improvement. Electrical department has become very small and don't offer a full range, shame you can no longer see the televisions working to see the quality. Cafe is very nice and welcoming, nice to chill out before a big shop. Quick bites for your working lunch have all been conveniently placed on one place at the front of store.

Everything you need all under one roof. Fast check out and friendly staff

I shopped here for many years , but not anymore, can you see what they have done? , they cant compete price wise with Wallmart the biggest employer on the planet (ASDA)- so change of philosophy , they made the store allllll pretty and upped the price to just undercut Sainsburys and Waitrose - which is expensive to most - however if you like a pretty and pretty expensive shop and you want to pay for the refurb its just peachy .( So, If you can find one) ,they force the staff which if you read the news they have just CULLED to smile and be 'polite'- but you PAY for it - I went yesterday it was EMPTY but Asda car park was heaving-- soooo now I shop at Aldi hooda thunk it ???, For me price beats pretty. Im done there. **EDIT My sister went in did an item shop ┬Ż2 and a penny and she was asked at the till "would you like to round your bill off to the next pound" for charity, embarrased in front of other customers she said yes - EMBARRASED into giving money to charity she gives ┬Ż2000 per year by direct debit to cancer research- also how does she know that the money IS actually getting there ??- another customer lost..well done Tesco management.

Not sure if I like the new layout of the store. Makes shopping difficult as the layout doesn't flow. It does however make you spend more as I constantly had to go back and fore to find what I wanted and consequently see things I didn't need but put in the trolley anyway. Staff on fresh food stalls looked bored and miserable. Maybe they should look abit friendly­¤śŖ. On the plus side the ladies clothing section is very good.

Staff sneezing at the tills without a tissue and then scanning your food, also seen staff outside the front of the store smoking and coughing up phlegm. The store itself is pretty well stocked and not all staff are bad, but hygiene is important for anywhere that sells food and what I have seen is disgusting.

Constantly getting screwed at the tills because of incorrect price labels next to wrong products. This is almost endemic at this store.

Car wash is crap, the back of my car and the wheels are still dirty. The store itself seemed nice enough and staff very friendly.

Great staff very friendly really good selection of goods.
