Tesco Superstore

This have been my local store for many years and it's always been my first protocol to shop. I find most of the check out staff helpful and friendly it's the management that's letting it down. My wife and I was at a check out one evening and the the very rude manager had a go at his cashier. This cashier as served us for a number of times in the passed and I've found her to be very good. Also a few months ago my wife and I found a item in the produce isle that was out of date. So my wife told this manager and at the same time asked him do you have any golden delicious Apples out the back. He went off only to overhear him talking down about my wife to a member of his staff. As was was having a look around while my wife was waiting for a reply. This manager as not been at this sore that long.

I have just moved into area and this has become my local store
Compared to the other Tesco stores I have used this is by far the best
Great range of product's, tills always well staffed, friendly helpful staff ( young girl stocking yogurts took me straight to peanut butter when I asked where it was )
Prices seemed to have improved aswell
100% recommend

After My Daughters Mobile phone was mis diagnosed by her own network provider I called into Tesco Mobile & a young boy with so much knowledge took time to look into what it may be, after about 20 minutes trying different avenues he fixed it.
3 days later the same thing happened & took it back to the young boy & within 5 minutes he had it working again, without his patience & knowledge I would have been Ripped off by her own network provider & had to spend money that wouldn't have even fixed the problem. He has shown my daughter & myself how to do fix the problem at home if it happens again to save us going back.
This Young boy was simply amazing & couldn't thank him enough, definite recommend Tesco Mobile Shop if your experiencing phone problems...

Lovely store , friendly and helpful most of time, got most of whats on my shopping list. Cant say much for 1 of the managers guy in shirt and tie with glasses miserable must be his middle name. Only 1 stars for this visit mate!

Excellent service the only down side issue is that u need to check dates for instance when buying cooked ham all the July dates were on the bottom August on top did tell a colleague and she didn't seem concerned -the problem being that people after me that buy without checking dates could be buying older products -this is bad date checking by shelf filling colleagues

Ok nothing special empty trolley le ft in a lot of the isles causing problems getting around the store

It's tesco....it is what you expect but nothing amazing.

It is always clean and tidy. The aisles are not too narrow making it easy to get around

Small store compared to other main Tesco's. The inside is ok and fairly clean. I never see enough staff on the shop floor and if you are walking around looking lost or getting frustrated not finding some items they never assist you. They sometimes move items around which is confusing and don't tell you at the front of the store what's been moved. I have also noticed some items are in bizarre places with no logic behind why certain foods are grouped with items not related.

They regularly take away food items and replace them with multiple ones of the same type. For example, they have taken away turkey rashers and replaced them with even more bacon? Very bizarre management decision given that there are over 12 bacon choices and no turkey rasher choices.
