Tesco Superstore

I was going shopping with my three grown children, and felt the urgent call of nature I have Multiple Sclorosis.. the bathrooms were locked and in a filthy state.
I asked security if I could go in the toilets he said no they are closed ..... so I said my children are shopping here and your saying that a woman who is disabled cannot go to the bathroom.?
Then when I gave the key back he immediately gave a very old lady ty are he key without question? WHY ? WHY ask me questions,and deny me the bathroom , and yet allow someone else as a elderly lady the right to go to the bathroom. ?
Yet AGAIN I have problems with TESCOS what is it about Tescos that they are so biased to someone who doesn't look disabled?

Large store situated close to the Bus station and Quadrant.

Busy, with lots of customers. Can be a nightmare before Bank Holidays and Xmas when it can be manic with large queues. This should improve since they've opened the self service tills.

Large range of stock ranging from food to household goods and health and beauty. Reasonable prices and Clubcard points are earned at one point for every pound you spend.

As well as the self service tills, there are also scanner's available for you to scan and pack as you shop and you pay at dedicated tills. There also are some manned tills.

Staff can sometimes be harried during busy periods but overall they are helpful and friendly.

Open 24 hours a day

Good store, a lot of to chose and its open 24h so i like it, i can do shopping whenever i want.

Always good prices, lovely and quiet post midnight.
Well stocked and clean.
Helpful staff.
Only complaint was the toilets were closed.

Shopping environment is pretty good. It stores a lot of fish and exotic food. It has a health selection of spices and diary product as well. I would recommend this place.

Fish wasn't cooked looked like it was just warmed up in the microwave and the toasty was horrible, it wasn't even bread it was just cheese. The only thing nice in the cafe was the drink.....

Staff are pretty quick on the checkouts and the wifi is seriously good. Once you find the location of the reduced aisles, your shopping game is on point. Also they are cheapest for tesco cookies in the student areas (compared to £1.05 in Uplands as well as Bay Campus Tesco) and they have quite the selection of crisps! However, there is a small clothing section but a decent shoe selection

Standard stock but good layout. Never have congestion problems here and good range of departments.

Decent selection of food and accessories. Always find this store too busy/overcrowded. The aisles are too small. Staff aren't usually too helpful
