Plenty of self checkouts to use at busy time after work. Plenty of stock available and quick to pay.

Easy to park, good choice of food and extremely helpful friendly staff.

For some years I have visited the store when in the area, and have always found the staff friendly and helpful. This was especially so today - The staff were polite, courteous, and keen to please. Some excellent end of day reductions at this branch too.

Since the store opened the choice is getting poorer and it's the usual junk food on sale. Fresh items are priced to highly and the fruit and veg is often low quality with a very poor shelf life. The check out staff on the whole are OK and friendly but a lot of of the other staff either unhelpful or don't seem to care about customer service. Too many shelf stackers hanging round the aisles having a laugh and a joke and customer service staff can be rude if you catch them on a bad day. Shelves often empty during the day.

Shopping there has become boring and a bit of a drudge.,
