Okay so I’ve been saving this transformation for a while! ⁣ ⁣ Still guy has come such a long way! Honestly soo proud of him. I started training @adamlewis2 right at the start of his transformation journey. It’s been a pleasure watching him get stronger and build muscle.⁣ ⁣ It’s been crazy I remember when we started training he would struggle doing 30kg bench press and now he can get 80kg for reps! He is now chasing the 100kg bench. ⁣... ⁣ He’s always struggled to gain weight but we worked around it and played around with his eating habits. Until he had gained weight. What can I say about this transformation‼️ ⁣ This is what one of my clients did in 8 weeks. The purpose of this transformation was to try and get her beach ready before her trip to the Caribbean.⁣ ⁣ She wanted to feel more confident in herself and to wear a bikini and not feel conscious about it. Let’s talk Cheat meals vs cheat days.⁣ ⁣ Which one should you pick when trying to achieve your goals.⁣ ⁣ There is a massive different between these two.⁣... ⁣ One will only have a small effect and one will take a massive blow to your progress.⁣ ⁣ Cheat meals will have less impact on your weekly calorie intake compare to a cheat day which can potentially totally destroy a weeks progress.⁣ ⁣ So be clever when you decide which one your going to decide to take.⁣ ⁣ It’s not about cheating! When it comes down to it at the end of the day. It’s about learning to be flexible with your diet so that meals don’t have to be classed as a cheat meal. Building confidence in yourself from doing fitness. ⁣ ⁣ This is sooo unrated in the world of fitness. It’s all about needing to be ripped and having 6 pack abs. The reality is it really isn’t just about that.⁣ ⁣ It’s about making a choice to do something that will change your life completely, and in a positive fashion.⁣... ⁣ It’s crazy looking back as when I started I never imagine I would be as confident as I am now.⁣ ⁣ Just seeing my body change to feeling fitter and healthier. Has added so much confidence to me. ⁣ ⁣ Don’t expect this to happen right away when you start training as it won’t! It takes time to really build that confidence in yourself. When it does happen you won’t even realise.⁣ ⁣ So my tip is keep on braving through the times when your self esteem is low and your lacking confidence.
