dealing with a gentleman called graham top man had a few finance problems he was ok about it until i got on my feet(changing jobs) bought the car nearly 5 years ago would definitely go back top firm top bloke.

I visited the showroom and found a couple of cars I was interested in. I selected one and took it for a test drive. I decided that I really liked the car and wanted to buy it. This is when the expeience turned sour. The salesman came over and I said I would like the car but it was top end of my buget and was there any movement in the price. He took the price board out of car and went into the office. He came back and stated that if I wanted the car I would have to pay £500 pounds more, this was because the price was wrong !!! he blamed the valeters!!! He then added £500 to the priceboard and put it back in the car. I found him to be rude and unhelpful and when I asked to speak to the manager I was informed he wasn't available.He became very abusive accusing me of looking on the internet and trying to get a good deal!! Being shouted at on the forecourt is not my idea of good customer service. I felt very disappointed and shocked, Overall a horrible experience.
