In January 2016, I was right where you are too – looking to find someone to help me!
Lost, uncomfortable, anxious and desperate to find a way to find the real me! I didn’t want to hide behind my tent shaped clothes or hide in the back for photos anymore. I wanted to make a change so I could be there for my family as they grow up!
Yes; I was one of them! Kids leave a fish-finger on the plate? No worries – cold, soggy and ketchup covered it wasn’t going in the bin – I was having it! All those lost calories that I never thought to count when I tried the many other weight loss plans – it’s true – they didn’t work for me, they weren’t right for me – even in weight-loss no one size fits all (excuse the pun! ) it’s all about finding the right plan for you, that’s where your one-to-one support from me comes in – I choose one of our six (yes six! ) different steps and mould it to fit YOU and YOUR medical needs & lifestyle!
