The Autism Directory has been created because you are not alone. There is help and support out there, but if you don't know what or where it is how can you access it?

There are many parent groups, online resources, charities and much more than can help you on an individual level to give practical help and advice for your family situation and needs. You just need to know it's there and how to get it.

We don't know what we don't know, and this is particularly true when it comes to help and support for autism families. The Autism Directory is pulingl together all that is out there and signpost you to the help you need. It does not intend to duplicate anything but just to pull it all together for you in one easy to use website that you can return to again and again to get information, support and help.
