Restoration of edge tools including rust removal, cleaning, reprofiling of edge bevel, sharpening, rehanging onto a hand selected or hand carved hickory or ash handle and appropriate wedge(s), initial handle treatment (generally boiled linseed oil) and advice on how best to use and care for your tool.
I am happy to source old and vintage tools to suit your requirements and undertake their restoration. Alternatively, I can take a look at what you have and discuss how best to proceed. All jobs are unique and specialized to suit the clients needs and wishes.
