Roy Healey started his working life in the military serving in the army with the elite Airborne Forces, and who has over the past 20 years been heavily involved in the sport of triathlon as a competitor, race promoter, and coach.

The company moto is 'Utrinque Paratus' which means ready for anything, this means you can be assured that we will always have your needs in mind.

Our aim is to help people from all backgrounds regardless of age or ability to achieve their goals.

Roy ensures that not only himself but any of his assistant instructors have the relevant coaching and professional qualifications, providing best practice at all times.
