Would highly recommend this hotel. We stayed in the family room which was brilliant. Plenty of space and very clean. Staff are very friendly and pleasant. Food was delicious and well presented. Will definitely be staying there again.

We've stayed at this hotel twice now and both times we found the staff are really friendly on the desk and in the bar n restaurant.they will do anything to make your stay happy n comfortable rooms are lovely and clean and have would benefit from a small fridge to put our water in .the views and sun sets are great to sit out side with a drink n watch the sun go down.keep up the good work.we will be bk soon. X

We stayed in a family room for 2 nights while we visited the in-laws who live nearby.

The room was clean and very spacious and we liked the fact the kids bunk beds were in a different room so we could close the door once they had gone to bed. The sea view was nice although as it was cold and raining we didn’t go on the beach. The beds themselves were comfortable which ensured we had a good nights sleep which makes it easier all round when away from home. The breakfast was great, plenty of choice and the staff were very helpful and pleasant to talk to. The only downside was the pool was out of order which the kids were looking forward to using. They did however console themselves with a quick trip to the gym which was a new experience for them. Overall a very nice hotel with friendly, helpful staff and a good atmosphere. We will have no hesitation booking again in the future.

We hired almost the entire hotel for 5 days for work and I cannot fault the hotel or staff. We were working 24/7 and we were looked after the whole time. Staff were very friendly and efficient, and knew most of our names after the first night. Due to the nature of what we were doing and the set up we needed, function rooms were moved and food service was moved too. The Beaches couldn't have been more accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for a work conference (however long it may last) as they will handle everything, but your work, for you. Great place and thank you to Sacha and the team.

We held a surprise birthday party for my husband here and it was brilliant. The staff were so helpful, the food & drink fantastic & good accommodation too. Thank you.

We had a lovely stay at The Beaches Hotel. The room was lovely. Clean, tidy, modern shower room and a fantastic view! The staff were really helpful and very friendly. We dined in the resturant on Saturday evening. The starter was fantastic but the main not as good. The crumble tart for dessert was yummy too.

Plenty of breakfast and once again lovely staff. A bit of a flying visit but we enjoyed every minute!�

We had a four night break here and our wedding. Lovely hotel on the beautiful coast, serving delicious fresh food. Staff are amazing and nothing was to much for them, each and every one of them went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day was the best it could be. Can't wait to stay again x

Our Grandson and his wife had their wedding reception at the Beeches and we stayed overnight. The venue was excellent, the food and the reception was really well organised for everyone. Excellent.

Lovely hotel, very spacious & clean room. The pool & health suite were great, excellent food & extremely friendly & helpful staff. Would highly recommend.

Just had an awesome meal , served very quickly considering they were really busy � nice friendly staff , all set in a perfect setting ! I live 1 mile away so will be back often !!!

I'm a local and I love The Beaches Hotel. The staff are lovely, helpful and friendly. The food is always spot on! The Afternoon Teas are spectacular. Recently attended a Charity Night which included an Abba Tribute Band. What a spectacular event. Had the best night out in a long time. Highly recommended to anyone wishing to stay, or just have something to eat or drink, at The Beaches Hotel.

I cannot praise this Hotel and its staff enough, we are regular customers as we live near , my husband is disabled and every staff member offers us fantastic customer service, we booked afternoon tea to- day for my husbands birthday with some of the family, and as always the food was lovely, they made it so special for us with a beautiful birthday cake and gifts , which brought tears to our eyes, every member of staff make this hotel a very special place , so Thank-You each and every one of you xx

I cannot praise Mandy and the staff at The Beaches highly enough. We had our wedding there last Sunday 6th May and it was perfect from beg to end. They couldn't do enough for us and our guests who all commented on the fabulous service and the way they looked after us all. Thank you. Lorraine & Jason Fury x

From the day I phoned to the day we left the staff was amazing my mum is majority blind and with guide dog they had no problem and took extra care we would come back again. Has helped helped my mum with her confidence with being on her own that she would feel comfortable and confident coming on her own. Thank you

Lovely hotel in a nice tranquil part of North Wales. Great food and adequate leisure facilities. The only complaint I have is that when our reservation was booked we weren’t told that a wedding was booked. On arrival we were told and advised it wouldn’t affect us. However the DJ was still banging tunes out late and there were a lot of drunken disputes and domestics outside our window at the front of the hotel keeping both me and my 9 year old daughter awake. So whilst the hotel was great the clientele were a lot to be desired and ruined a nice night. We would book again though.

Not a bad hotel but 2 points that made me give only a fair rating; firstly, the only room available was with single beds and, at the time of booking I requested, if possible to have these changed to a double bed or, at least that the single beds were pushed together, no response from the hotel so we did it ourselves in a couple of minutes. Secondly, when we physically arrived at the hotel we were NOT INFORMED that a wedding reception was taking place, this affected the speed of service for drinks, for food and, as the party went on until the early hours, neither my wife nor I had a decent night's sleep. Small details which could have made all the difference which is what the Hospitality Industry is supposed to be about.

I booked today with my mum and family - sorry customer service is dreadful it took nearly three quarter of an hour before we received our food! No one came to ask if it was okay - which it was just OK!! We wont be coming back in the short term!

Walked from Presthaven with my dog. Asked at The upstairs bar for a drink and something to eat outside with the dog. Only to be told the bar wasn’t open upstairs. I would have to go downstairs but I couldn’t take the dog in to order. Was very disappointed especially the abrupt manner from a young man in the bar area.
