Our menu reflects the seasons using quality ingredients from hand picked suppliers, but which is the dish you would most like to try?

Myself and my 3 children visited here today for breakfast. Service was amazing from the minute we were greeted at the door until we left, nothing was too much trouble and staff were happy and friendly. Plenty of choice on the continental buffet, lots of hot coffee and cooked breakfast was made to order. Was a lovely Saturday morning treat and will definitely be visiting again!

Lovely late afternoon meet up with friends. We were looked after by the lovely Suzanne again. Such a friendly place with good, reasonably priced food and wine. We were also treated to music by a very good young lady singing . All staff treat you respectfully and have a sense of humour.

Food was lovely couldn't fault it but service was terrible firstly despite booking our allotted table was still occupied by previous party.table sorted we ordered starters to be told no pate so asked what soup it was staff wasn't sure said she thought it would be tomato or carrot and coriander turned out after being promoted to go and see it was pea and mint.then we waited nearly40 min for mains as I said food was lovely when it came just bad service.

User

Went there for the 1st time for a meal and myself and husband were taken to a table, given the menus, I explained I have a severe NUT and SESAME allergy. Suzanne and Leah were lovely ladies and made me feel very reassured and safe about the food I wanted, I even had a desert which I have never had whilst eating out.. I always worry and panic but they checked with the chef and every thing was ok.

The only downside was the slow service and wait for our meal...but I understand it was busy there. I will go again as I was very happy about the treated me with my allergy, nothing seemed too much trouble for them.

it had a man playing some guitar which wouldnt rather sit near so could talk or have a quiet meal. Staff seating us didnt ask were we like to sit lots empty places as pub was quiet. not much of a menue selections and portions were small. only plus was how ever short staffed they were I found the waitresses very polite and kind. its like lots places has good and bad but will be coming back as i belive in local businesses and the food there.

Came in with my boyfriend to have some lunch, I had a Turkey Carvery and he had a burger. My Carvery had missing items on there such as stuffing which it advertised on the menu and I also ordered a side of cauliflower cheese which took 10 minutes to come after my food, it only came because I had to chase it with the waitress. The food was warm not as hot as it should of been and there wasn’t much Gravy and the roast potatoes were very hard and crunchy but the service was great and my boyfriends burger was fine. We would come again and try something else

Booked on friday morning for lunch on saturday, but when we arrived our reservation had disappeared. The manager managed to fit us in but it seemed that only 1/3 of the place was being used. It needs a few more staff as the bar was never manned. Service is a bit slow, we waited ages for our main course. Will only return if every other place to eat in Shropshire is closed.

User

we went here for tea 3 adults 1 child, us 3 adults had burgers and it stated on the menu they had bacon on them we got half a rasher on each burger also the chips on all the burgers where cold, the kids sausage and mash had over cooked sausages beans that seemed to be reheated many times and the mash tasted like smash not the best, the staff where very friendly but had to ask twice for a spoon for my daughter. the service was slow at one point i stood by the bar waiting to be served while what appeared to be 2 managers chatting away oblivious of anyone waiting. wont be returning and would of requested a refund had we not had a discount voucher.

User

Well the starter was on time, but we had to wait for over 45minutes for the main course, and to add insults to injury, we had to chase the order. Eventually the food arrived and it was pipping hot, seems like it just came from the fire. Then as a shock a family of five arrived just under ten minutes and they were served and one of them had exactly what I had ordered. Call it coincidence? dissapointed. Was the meal worth the wait? No.

We usually use the beeches for birthdays and just general eating out we booked a table for 20 people to celebrate a family birthday we got there to be told there was no table for us and had we even booked was eventually told who ever the table was booked with they had left ,fair play to the manager he done his best to fit us in but had to have 2 separate tables which wasn't ideal , but it was better than nothing , not sure if I will book again for such a large party as this is not the first time this has happened have also been told over the phone on another occasion that they can't fit us in at a certain time so tried booking on line and got what time we wanted

User

Very disappointed, our table was booked 2 hours later than I asked for. Had to stand by the bar for 15 minutes while a table was cleaned with my 97 year old grandfather. After waiting for 30 minutes we finally ordered our food another half an hour and starters arrived. 45 minutes later a waitress asked why were we still there waiting, I told her we were waiting for our food. She just responded with 'oh' 20 minutes later food finally arrived. Dessert ordered and my 9 year old ordered a sundae with a flake (only reason she wanted it) when the desserts finally arrived there was no flake (very unhappy 9 year old!) menu online is also an old one so everything the kids wanted wasn't on the current menu! Didn't expect to be there for 3 hours! Won't be going back there again

User

I usually love it here but had a meal for my partners birthday and I was disappointed as it took a good 20-25mins for the drinks to come after we ordered...when we finished our starter, half an hour later they came to clean up when you have little ones to entertain it's not good! I had the chicken curry the meat was terrible I even questioned if it was cooked I just popped it to one side, had the waitress asked if everything was ok with the meals I would have stated so but at that point I though it was down to poor service manners to be honest...although my partners meal and his friends meal and my girls meal was fine so no complaints there as I say it is a place I enjoy coming so was disappointed with this visit.

User

Booked a table for 5.30 in a specific area, turned up to be told they had us down for 6.30 and nit in the area i asked for. Was given a kids activity sheet for my 4 year old but apparently they don't provide pencils to colour it in?! Asked for any pen or pencil but it was never brought to us. Asked for a diet coke and was brought a full fat one, asked for chips and got brought rice! Food was nice enough but that's a lot of mistakes for one visit! Also nowhere near enough choice of dessert considering how many mains options there are

User

Went on the 26/8/17 they need more staff very slow the staff were nice but the speed of service was shocking took 40 mins for our food to come it was a busy and only had 2 people behind the bar there were a few people waiting and saying they won't go again to the place ,and why on earth they got xmas tree up for this time of year for is well not a good idea

User

We had a 50 birthday party tonight a party of 20 people, although it had been booked a month ago on arrival at 7pm we found that no table had been arranged for us, we had to arrange the tables/ chairs ourselves, when we eventually had our meals (I use the term meals loosely) 9 of them had to go back as they were cold or raw, mine came back microwave within an inch of its life (the cabbage had turned to dust) my friends 50th birthday was ruined

User

Place is an absolute joke!! Walked in to have breakfast, what looked like was the manager was stood at the bar on the phone and just ignored us, we then waited about for 10 minutes to be seated to have a girl with a stinking attitude walk over to say 'is anyone staying at the premier inn?' , we wasn't staying there just calling for breakfast on the way to my Nan's funeral! She didn't even look at us just walked about stressing how she was "the only one down here", had to find someone else to eat, don't need to be served by rude staff!! Don't like your job , go somewhere else instead of being rude to customers!!!

User

I stay in the Premier Inn at Wrexham every month for a couple of nights for work, Beeches is the restaurant that serves the hotel so it is the natural choice. Last night I ate there as normal, the experience can only be described as shocking. I stood waiting to be seated for five minutes, despite staff walking back and forth without acknowledging my existence. I was eventually seated at a table that had just been vacated, food and glass stains all over, the guy who seated me told me the waitress would soon be over to take my order. 15 minutes later a waitress asked if I’d had my order taken... no was my reply. She took my drink order...a further ten minutes and another waitress asked if I’d ordered, yes was my reply...finally my drink arrived at which point I ordered fish and chips, something quite straight forward, or so I thought. When it arrived, relatively quickly it looked fine, however as the saying goes, the proof is in the tasting. The fish was hot but greasy, the chips had clearly been reheated and the mushy peas were just plain cold. I will be working in Wrexham for another three months, please up your game Beeches, it cannot go any lower after last nights showing.

User

Awful!

Where to start, waited 15 mins to order drinks then ordered food still no drinks. Food arrived over an hour later, after I had to ask for it!

Food was awful even the toddler wouldn't eat his.

Had to leave the dinner party as toddler was totally fed up, and who can blame him!

The manger not even bothered, about complaints, says it all really.

Mother's Day totally ruined!!

User

Awful place. Took my son there for our tea and walked in to be ignored by the manager. Eventually spoken to by a surly waitress who took our order. Over an hour later still no food. Asked what the problem was only for the same waitress to just walk away. Appalling service and do not recommend!

User

Myself and my 3 children visited here today for breakfast. Service was amazing from the minute we were greeted at the door until we left, nothing was too much trouble and staff were happy and friendly. Plenty of choice on the continental buffet, lots of hot coffee and cooked breakfast was made to order. Was a lovely Saturday morning treat and will definitely be visiting again!

User

Lovely late afternoon meet up with friends. We were looked after by the lovely Suzanne again. Such a friendly place with good, reasonably priced food and wine. We were also treated to music by a very good young lady singing . All staff treat you respectfully and have a sense of humour.

User
