I have found them to be disorganised and not very helpful.

PLEASE DON'T take your loved ones or yourselves to this hospital if you value your lives and theirs! Go anywhere but Glan Clwyd!
Chest consultant misdiagnosed 4x in 1 month,ranging from 'psychological and you're having panic attacks' ,to lungs not transferring oxygen to blood properly,to alarming' Ct results she thought were malignant but decided after the lumps 'couldn't be lung cancer as I'd been a previous smoker!' !! 🙀 and now it's my brain isn't sending signals to my body parts properly 😂 she then tried to slander me to my GP for being upset by and to try to cover up her serious errors! And try to address it with staff and they all cover for each other under the chest department and testing facilities...
Unbelievably incompetent ... I quit drinking and smoking years ago....
I've obviously been referred elsewhere for further treatment as You can NOT trust what they say and do.
This is serious strike 3 for them.
Cancer centre staff and reception staff members all lovely and very helpful,such a shame this woman and her team let this hospital down.

Disgusted to say the least.
