I thought demo bikes were for customers to try not for staff to have a jolly on. Went to book out the new rallon only to be told the day before I was supposed to have it that it's 'unavailable' due to staff wanting to race the day after and too lazy to reset all the suspension. Unprofessional, poor customer service and has lost a sale. Would recommend avoiding.

Bought few bikes and other items from here over a few years, alway good quality items. Sometimes seems a little expensive but if you want a good quality item it's going to cost more. Don't get me wrong it's not expensive in comparison with other similar shops selling similar items.

Bought my daughter her first big bike for xmas nice pink & grey cube she loves it, second bike I've had of these guys top men top service 👌🏻🚴🏿🚴‍♀️

Had a problem with my brake cable, phoned bicycle doctor, told me bring bike down and we can have a look at it. Within an hour phoned me back told me what the problem was, authorised work to be done and next day had bike back, great service really competitive prices and good customer service.

Avoid at any cost.
Extremely bad after sales.
Rude and intimidating.
bodged repairs.
Jobs more expensive than they quoted.
