arrived first thing this morning to get my broken wheel and brake pads fixed.

The guy was so polite and helpful so thanks alot!

I cannot recommend highly enough. Nothing too much trouble for this place. I've lost count now of the number of times I've gone in wanting advice/something fixed. I wouldn't buy a bike, adults or child's, anywhere else now. As my 9 year old son said about the owner after he fixed his scooter, 'he is a great man'. I totally agree. Asset to Penarth.

As a cycling visitor to Penarth I received excellent service from very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I prefer to spend my money in local shops rather than save a small amount buying online or in superstores. Its the local shops that I turn to when I need a service or a repair so lets keep them in business!

Extremely kind and helpful staff! Donated t-shirts, tools, water bottles to our charity bike ride from the Eiffel Tower-Blackpool Tower this June.
Everyone involved in our Tower to Tower bike ride appreciates this act of generosity so much, it makes such a difference to the ride.
It also means we can give so much more money to the brilliant Mind charity we are cycling for, when things are donated to us rather than us having to buy them!
I can't praise this shop enough and I'm sure I'll be back soon!!

Broke a spoke while out cycling yesterday, was very relieved that Bike Shop Wales have a policy to always try to help people straight away if they're on the road. They fixed my spoke straight away and directed me to a great cafe over the road while I waited - and also explained a problem with my wheel build that caused the broken spoke. The shop had a good range of parts and accessories too. Great service, very happy with the quality and speed of repair, sensible prices and as a woman I have to add I really appreciated being spoken to as a sensible human being and not patronised, thank you again Bike Shop Wales.

Fantastic bike shop and Kerry is an extremely generous individual. If they can fix it they will! I also bought my beloved vintage bike from here years ago to take up to London, which stood the test time. Arguably the best bike shop ever =)
