Very good Sunday lunch. Excellent lamb! Friendly staff.

Had my 30th wedding anniversary meal there on 19th Sept. A table for 15 was booked. The food was amazing and the service was spot on. Would recommend it anytime

stopped by here after a 21 mile walk, part of a 500 mile walk for charity, was informed locally that approx £20 for bed, was quoted £50 when i entered, hmm

Delicious food and friendly welcome. Would definitely come back for another meal! Wonderfully traditional, warm and cozy inside.

Cosy little country pub, good solid menu, couple of great guest ales. Friendly staff and quick service make this a pub I'd definitely recommend dining at if you're in the area. If you're over 6' tall, be prepared to duck! :)
