Mindfulness For Wellbeing – A Four Part Course with Wendy Harvey. Spread across four Sundays (12th and 26th May, and 9th and 23rd June 2019) this course will show you how to reduce stress in your life and gain balance via different techniques and practices. Wendy is a counsellor and therapist with a Diploma in Mindfulness-based Approaches from the University of Wales, Bangor. The course costs £220 (£200 Early Bird bookings before Easter). We are very lucky to be able to present a classical piano concert and talk by Catherine Nardiello. A noted pianist, Catherine was born in Middletown, Ohio. Her specialities are American piano music, women composers and contemporary music. The evening will begin with performance of music by female composers and a talk, followed by a lovely bowl supper with another performance afterwards. We have been asked whether you have to be a trained artist to participate in this lettering workshop with John Rowlands-Pritchard, and the answer is 'no'. Everyone is welcome to join in and learn, absolute beginners included. It will be a lovely relaxed, creative day contemplating your text.
