One of the questions I ask my clients during the consultation is: “Are you having fun in your lives? What do you do together to relax?”. Very often the answer is “no, we are not planning anything, not going out, life is on hold while we try for a baby or do IVF." It’s really sad to hear and it doesn’t need to be this way, think about what you have stopped doing and you enjoy. Give yourself permission to do these things instead of feeling guilty. Before starting university I worked in a finance department at a well known insurance company and also have experience working within the NHS. In 2017 I made the decision to leave full time employment and I haven’t looked back since. Knowing that I am able to help ...others both physically and psychologically is one of the many reasons why I love what I do.

When you get a message like this first thing 🥳🌟 Call from embryologist☺ all 10 embryos are still alive and kicking! They’re all dividing nicely as they should be. They’re due to start compacting tomorrow but she said some of them have started to do that already - impatient like me🤣😉 she said they’re all looking great and she can’t pick the best one yet. Transfer is 9am on Saturday morning and she’ll talk to me then about the grading and which one is the best to put back in. S...he said if they continue to grow as they are then we should have some to freeze too!❤
