Proper pub with proper beer & down to earth people. Karaoke’s entertaining lol

One of the best pubs around, great staff, cheap prices and a fantastic pint of Brains Bitter. Saturday nights are the best, excellent music and a good friendly atmosphere!

Love going in here every time we are in town. Good atmosphere and quality drinks not at a premium price in the city centre. Wednesday night karaoke is great night 👍🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

If u wanna see the Welsh legend Barry johns that is the place great place and cheap as chips

I always try and pop in at least once a week but not always possible with work shifts , but I love popping in there after doing a bit of shopping mainly in the market as there is always a lovely atmosphere in there plus brill bar staff when nothing is to much trouble for them always have a smile on their faces , oh yeah the beer is really cheap as well and always a good pint , if I cannot make it before Xmas again I would like to take this chance to wish you all a very merry and happy Christmas xxx
