As ever, a lovely lunch. Great hosts and we couldn't recommend you highly enough. We'll be back in the new year.

Made to feel so welcome just walking in, quality service, quality food, and barnie ( our dog) was made to feel at home, well worth a visit, 10 out of 10 from us.

Had a lovely meal here, we were lucky to get a table as we didn't book. Lovely clean friendly pub. Would very much recommend it and also book in advance. Would go back again when we are back that way again.

A wonderful family birthday meal had by all. John, Stephen and the rest of the staff looked after us brilliantly! The food was outstanding and customer service second to none. John was so helpful when it came to sourcing a cake to be made locally and having it there on the night. Thanks so much to everyone that made my son's birthday evening so special. I wish we lived closer to enjoy your lovely restaurant and food on a regular basis!

Superb food! Many of the choices on the menu could be described as "traditional fare" but with an interesting twist or two. The pub is lovely inside and out, and the staff are all very welcoming

Tasty food, and a small selection of good ales, good value in the two courses for £10 offer, left feeling stuffed, very friendly staff and mangers.
