The Bridge Inn / Tafarn Y Bont

Ate here after a walk around Menai Bridge. Food was good, fairly average sized portions, staff pleasant, and dogs are welcomed in the area to the right. Quite a restricted menu at lunch time, but a pleasant enough place.

Just arrived in Bangor at around 830pm, after looking on trip advisor I learnt that most restaurants and pubs stop serving food at 9pm, I arrived at a very busy Bridge Inn where I was quickly approached by the friendly staff, I asked if I could still order food and after checking with the kitchen she took us through to our table. We went straight onto mains and ordered a Lasagne and Real Ale pie, both meals were freshly cooked and presented well. I'm not sure which to praise higher....the food or the friendliness and care of the staff, both were exceptional. Towards the end of our meal we heard a live band playing, I'd highly recommend this busy quirky pub for a drink and definatley for food, very friendly staff, nice buzzing atmosphere

Excellent spent a lovely evening with friends to celebrate my birthday. The food was delicious very generous portions, the service was excellent and cocktails were great. The evening was topped off by wonderful singer I even got up and had a dance. Strongly recommend a visit would definitely visit again.

I had turkey dinner here on a Sunday and it was lovely! Different veg, potatoes and even a Yorkshire pudding and the stuffing was lovely. Really happy with the food :-)

Wednesday Curry not bad but Portion on the small side and Thai Green Curry very liquid.

Great place, fab menu and brilliant atmosphere. Parking is a difficulty but definetly worth it. Little gem this pub

The food and service was excellent, we stayed at the hotel opposite but ate at The Bridge, travelled over 200 miles to attend a private birthday party for over 20 people all OK but felt hurried to leave even as the desserts came out, recommended
