I have been cooking since the age of 11 and I still love it all these years later. I never used to like my food and had a list of what I hated, I even used to put mash potato over the peas to hide them so my parents would think I ate them.

I have grown up a lot since then and my likes, dislikes and tastes have changed. I decided to start this blog to share thoughts and the recipes I have found and love to cook and eat. I try and cook when I can but we are all busy so bare with me.

Please bare in mind I have had no formal training and have got no qualifications so I am not an expert, I just love my food. Feel free to have a look around my site and also ask any questions and if you have anything to share please do tell me as I am keen to try new things.
