Great informative service. Little extras like a beer when being fitted adds a special touch. Very helpful post purchase advice, they even gave me a free brush to go with my polish when I said I didn't own one.

Went in not really knowing what I wanted, other than a pair of 'brogues'. Came out of with a wealth of knowledge about shoes and a very nice pair of Loakes. Very relaxed, knowledgeable staff - excellent fitting service, listened to what my main use of the shoes would be, explained about burnish and maintenance, directing me to a very nice, easy to care for Shoes. Service came with a nice '6th pair free' card. If I ever get the opportunity to buy 5 pairs, I'd be over the moon :)
