My name is Adriana; I’m a mum of two wonderful little girls, I have a part-time job as a cashier in a supermarket, and in my (very little!) spare time, I’m your local Usborne Organiser.
I sell Children’s books at house parties, online, as well as attending events and fayres around town with a little pop-up bookshop.
... I started my Usborne journey because I’ve always loved being surrounded by books, and because this way I could provide an entire library of gorgeous books for my little ones, including them in this hobby of mine. I’ve grown up with my mother being a librarian, so I’m a bit of a bookworm myself, and Usborne is the perfect activity for someone so passionate about books and literacy.
Finding the perfect match for a young reader is always a challenge I enjoy: it gives me the chance to see the world through a child’s eyes, and a different perspective when it comes to look at a book’s cover. I believe that one cannot have “too many books”, because books feed the soul and open a world of possibilities.
Good quality books are unfortunately a commodity, today. I try and do my best to reach as many families and schools as I can, to provide them with the best price and a personalised shopping experience.
