Please read the following information in regards to deposits and bookings.
- When making an appointment in order to secure your booking a non refundable deposit is required. Without a deposit your appointment is not secured!
... - The deposit amount will depend on the treatment requested.
- We provisionally hold appointments until the end of working day. (Please see our opening hours for more information.)
- We can not hold appointments any longer than the above as the clinic is very busy and it allows clients who are desperate for an appointment to book in as soon as possible.
- If you want to reschedule an appointment we do require 48 hours notice any less will result in the loss of your deposit.
- We have a 10 minute late policy with appointments due to the busy schedule we have 6 days a week. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, The appointment may be shortened (when possible) to ensure the appointment do not run over or rescheduled with the loss of the deposit.
- No shows will result in the loss of deposit.
- PLEASE NOTE WE ARE UNABLE TO ALLOW ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 WITHIN THE CLINIC. (If we have to reschedule an appointment due to this a rescheduling fee of £25.00 is required)

I finally built up the courage to get my eyebrows done. Been looking at jades work for ages. And she didn't disappoint! I love my new brows and I really didn't need to fret over getting them done. It didn't hurt like I thought it would and jade was so calming and professional I can't recommend her enough! Thank you jade!! xx

After drawing my eyebrows on for years and seeing some of the awful semi permanent eyebrows around I was too scared to let anyone near mine until a relative had hers done by Jade and I then had on look on Contour Clinics page. I loved them so much I booked mine there and then and am so glad I did im in love with them and better still bye bye eyebrow pencil ☺️ I only wish I'd had them done sooner. Jade is so lovely too which really makes the experience better. Can't wait to have my topup xx

Jade pays a lot of attention to detail and is very informative throughout the whole process. I literally tell her to do what she thinks is best (shape and colour wise) and always trust that I will come out with great eyebrows and that I did!
